Last Saturday morning Jocelyn and DirkW organized a photo walk around the Remerschen bird lakes for interested CIEL Members. The rain stopped entirely soon after we arrived and the eight photographers had a nice walk around the lakes for more than two hours, discovering different – sometimes hidden – photo spots, practicing wildlife photography with small and larger birds in the area and discussing life and this kind of photography. Afterwards, some members stayed in the modern youth hostel in Remerschen for a three dish lunch, exchanging their experiences and looking at their photo results. Altogether we had a really good time together, which – apart from one sunshade that escaped to freedom into the deep water – gave us some new views and a nice memory …
